Was 4.5m and sunny in morning but had some errands and sore back that takes morning to settle down. Early afternoon caught tail end of wind on 5.3m. Bit light to start with then good though quite gusty and bit offshore so sank on way out, though water didn't feel as cold as reported 5.8C. Saw dark clouds coming so only a short sail and nice to get out. Felt much warmer than I expected. fell in on first gybe as nervously holding on longer than needed, and still did that in rest though at least didn't fall in.
